  • We can only ship orders after confirming receipt of payment.
  • Deliveries in mainland Portugal are operated by GLS and deliveries to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos are carried out by CTT. In Spain by GLS and in other countries by CTT.
  • Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Someone must be at the address indicated to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or booking options, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from the carrier. We do not guarantee this period during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and out of stock.

If the order is returned to the sender because it was not picked up in time at the CTT station, reshipment will only be made upon payment of shipping costs again.

 

 

 

 

Taxes and fees for countries outside the European Union
Taxes and customs fees are not included in the final price of our products. If you make a purchase in a non-EU country, please bear in mind that your order will go through customs and may be detained. In these situations, the end customer is responsible for claiming their order from the local customs authority and assuming all costs associated with customs clearance.

Returns

How can I return/exchange a product I purchased?

You have a period of 14 days after receipt to exchange or return a product.

However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unused and with the original box undamaged. You must return it to the following address:

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on personalized items.

When we are unable to exchange an item due to lack of stock, we refund the full value of the item.

Shipping of the item must be accompanied by the respective order number.

The costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible if the item is lost. We recommend using a registered shipping method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where communication was made after the established deadline, where the items are not in the same condition as they were purchased or were acquired free of charge through pastimes carried out.

When will I receive the refund?

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
